Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservation Executive at Minimalist Hotels located in New Delhi. The Reservation Executive will handle daily tasks including managing room reservations, providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales initiatives. The role requires direct interaction with guests, handling inquiries, and assisting with any issues related to reservations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Reservations and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Sales skills and the ability to support sales initiatives
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and software
• A positive attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration.
• Minimum 1-1.5 years of experience.
