RESERVATION EXECUTIVE

• Manage Reservations: Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, online booking platforms, and central reservation systems.
• Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, assist with travel needs, and resolve complaints or issues efficiently and courteously.
• Booking Management: Accurately book, confirm, modify, and cancel reservations, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are recorded.
• Revenue Maximization: Utilize up-selling techniques to promote additional services, packages, or room upgrades to maximize sales and revenue for the hotel/company.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, guest information, and booking details in the corporate database and generate daily reports and statistics for management.
• Coordination: Collaborate effectively with other departments (e.g., front desk, sales, housekeeping) to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, credit policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Knowledge Maintenance: Stay up-to-date on hotel promotions, packages, local events, and industry-standard reservation systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
