Reservations Executive

Minimalist Hotels is looking for a Reservation Executive (immediate joiner) with 1–1.5 years of hospitality experience to join our growing team. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys guest interactions, has strong communication skills, and pays attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Handle reservation calls, emails, and online bookings efficiently.

• Update and manage bookings across OTA platforms and the hotel’s PMS.

• Assist guests with inquiries about rooms, rates, packages, and availability.

• Coordinate with front office and operations team for smooth check-ins and special requests.

• Ensure accuracy in reservation records and billing details.

• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by providing prompt and personalized service.

• Upsell room categories and promotions to maximize revenue.

Requirements:

• 1–1.5 years of experience in reservations/front office/hospitality operations.

• Familiarity with OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, etc.) and PMS software is an advantage.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and organized.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset.
