Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Executive located in Ahmedabad. As a Reservation Executive, your day-to-day tasks will involve handling customer reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the reservation system, assisting customers with their queries, and ensuring a smooth process from reservation to check-out. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong focus on customer satisfaction Experience in reservation management and customer service Effective sales skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Familiarity with reservation systems and software Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
