Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Panaji, Goa. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, managing front office operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the team and with guests. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, answering queries, managing bookings and reservations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Previous experience in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Front Office operations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
• Fluency in English and another Indian language is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in hospitality is a plus
