Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, maintain visitor logs, and coordinate with security.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and route communication to relevant departments.
  • Manage reception area, couriers, mail, and front-desk documentation.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, housekeeping, and office support activities.
  • Assist with basic admin tasks, filing, data entry, and MIS updates.
  • Support employee onboarding with seating arrangements and stationery coordination.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ensure smooth front-office operations
