Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Varanasi. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient functioning, and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include staff management, inventory control, budget adherence, and implementing operational policies. The Operations Manager will also be involved in planning and executing events and activities to enhance guest experiences.
