Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our serviced apartments and corporate housing portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth delivery of services to expatriate clients, manage vendor and in-house teams, and maintain operational excellence across properties in Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of serviced apartments, including check-ins, check-outs, inspections, and tenant relations.
• Manage housekeeping, maintenance, and facility teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and technicians for routine and emergency maintenance work.
• Liaise with corporate clients and expats to ensure high satisfaction levels and resolve escalations.
• Maintain property readiness standards, inventory control, and upkeep of furniture, appliances, and utilities.
• Implement SOPs for service quality, documentation, and issue tracking.
• Train and monitor on-ground staff to ensure discipline, punctuality, and customer orientation.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy, complaints, asset conditions, and team performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality, facility management, real estate operations, or serviced apartments.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Working knowledge of Excel, email, WhatsApp Business, and basic property management tools.
• Flexibility to visit properties across Delhi NCR as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹67,794.01 per month
