Operations Department – End-to-End Booking & Travel Management

The Operations Department is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of travel bookings, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, drivers, vendors, and internal teams. This department handles all end-to-end operations related to daily cab management and travel services.

Key Responsibilities1. Booking Management

• Receiving and confirming travel requests from corporate or individual clients
• Assigning vehicles and drivers based on availability and requirements
• Monitoring booking schedules and ensuring on-time service delivery
• Handling last-minute changes, cancellations, or special requests

2. Allotment & Dispatch

• Allocating cabs to trips based on routes, timing, and priority
• Tracking vehicle movement in real-time (GPS/dispatch tools)
• Ensuring optimal utilization of fleet and resources

3. Day-to-Day Cab Operations

• Coordinating driver shifts and duty rosters
• Managing fuel, maintenance, and vehicle readiness
• Ensuring compliance with safety and service standards
• Handling emergency situations, breakdowns, or delays

4. Client Management

• Serving as the primary point of contact for client communication
• Understanding travel needs and providing customized solutions
• Maintaining service quality and client satisfaction
• Addressing client issues, escalations, or feedback

5. End-to-End Travel Operation Handling

• From booking intake → allotment → dispatch → monitoring → completion
• Ensuring accurate billing and trip closure
• Coordinating with finance, vendor management, and customer support
• Maintaining operational reports and performance dashboards

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
