Job Summary:

C9 Hospitality is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the C9 Event Center. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering seamless event experiences. The Operations Manager will ensure that all departments function efficiently and that every event runs smoothly from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the event center, including event setup, logistics, vendor coordination, and guest services.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams including housekeeping, catering, technical support, and front office staff.
• Ensure all events are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure readiness for events.
• Coordinate with clients and event planners to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to maintain a high-performing team.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in operations or event management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in computer operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
