Job Title: Sales Manager Location: C9 Event Center Company: C9 Hospitality Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: C9 Hospitality is seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy for the C9 Event Center . This role is perfect for a motivated professional with a passion for hospitality, strong client relationship skills, and a proven track record in event or venue sales. The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue, building partnerships, and positioning the C9 Event Center as a top-tier destination for events. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the event center. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, social, and wedding segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, vendors, and corporate partners. Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to convert leads into confirmed bookings. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials. Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular sales reports to management. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands. Represent the brand at networking events, trade shows, and community functions. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, events, or venue management. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Proficiency in computer operations. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
