Responsibilities · Reservation Processing: Receive reservation inquiries via phone, email, or in person and promptly process bookings in accordance with established policies and procedures. · Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering appropriate solutions. · Reservation System Management: Assist in managing the reservation system by updating availability, rates, and guest information accurately and in a timely manner. · Document Preparation: Prepare necessary reservation documentation, including confirmation emails, invoices, and reports. · Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure all reservations are handled professionally and ethically. · Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Reservations Manager, including data entry, record keeping, and filing. Requirements · Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus. · Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or reservations role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided. · Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. · Organization and Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reservation processing and documentation. · Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in reservation management software and Microsoft Office suite. · Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think on your feet and find appropriate solutions to customer inquiries and issues. · Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as the nature of the hospitality industry requires.
