Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Assistant located in Salcette. The Reservations Assistant will be responsible for managing guest reservations, maintaining accurate records, and providing prompt and professional service. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, coordinating with various departments, assisting in implementing sales strategies, and ensuring seamless communication with clients to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Reservations and Reserves management to handle bookings efficiently
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive guest interactions
• Basic understanding of Sales strategies to support upselling and revenue goals
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Problem-solving capabilities and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in reservation or property management software is a plus
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in reservations, will be an advantage
