Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Assistant located in Salcette. The Reservations Assistant will be responsible for managing incoming reservations, handling customer inquiries, processing booking requests, maintaining accurate reservation records, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the sales team to optimize occupancy rates and ensure a seamless booking experience for our guests. Qualifications Experience in Reservations and handling booking systems Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to support Sales initiatives and convert inquiries into bookings Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and managing multiple tasks Excellent organizational and time management skills High level of attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities Prior experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred Show more Show less
