Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in chennai for a Reservations Assistant at IHCL. The Reservations Assistant will handle daily tasks such as managing booking inquiries, processing reservations, and maintaining accurate reservation records. They will ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries promptly, and upselling services when needed. Collaboration with sales teams and other departments to optimize occupancy and support sales goals will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for attending to guest inquiries and resolving issues effectively
• Sales experience or skills to upsell services, ensuring both customer satisfaction and increased revenue
• Organizational abilities with attention to detail in maintaining booking records and schedules
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry and familiarity with reservation systems are preferable
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business, or related field
