Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Assistant at Radisson Blu Kaushambi Delhi NCR in Delhi, India. The Reservations Assistant will handle booking requests, manage room reservations, and ensure efficient communication with guests. The role includes providing exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries, and contributing to the sales process by promoting the hotel's offerings. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to maintain a smooth reservation process and provide an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Reservations and reserving accommodations
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Customer Service skills for addressing inquiries and resolving guest concerns professionally
• Sales capabilities for promoting and upselling hotel services
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel management software is a plus
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is advantageous
