Job Title: Night Shift Receptionist Location: Joey's by the Ganges, Laxman Jhula, Rishikesh Shift Timings: Night Shift (11:00 PM – 9:00 AM) Job Description: Joey's by the Ganges is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Night Shift Receptionist to join our front office team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in hotel reception duties during night hours and be skilled in using eZee Absolute PMS and C-Form entry for foreign guests. Key Responsibilities: Manage late-night check-ins and check-outs Handle guest queries with professionalism and warmth Maintain night audit reports and ensure daily closing Complete C-form entries for foreign nationals accurately Monitor bookings, room allotments, and OTA updates via eZee Absolute Ensure guest safety and address emergency issues promptly Coordinate with housekeeping and security for smooth night operations Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a hotel receptionist, preferably in night shifts Proficiency in eZee Absolute PMS and C-form registration Strong communication and problem-solving skills Active, alert, and passionate about hospitality service Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Perks: Competitive salary Stay and food Positive work environment Opportunity to work in a vibrant riverside property Show more Show less
