UniLiv is India’s fastest-growing tech-enabled co-living platform focused on premium student and professional housing. With operations across multiple cities and over 2000+ beds, we are redefining the living experience through a blend of hospitality, technology, and community.

The Cluster Manager is a critical field leadership role responsible for managing 5–10 UniLiv properties (typically 300–800 beds). This position ensures smooth day-to-day operations, drives occupancy, maintains high resident satisfaction, and manages staff across properties within the assigned cluster.

• Ensure 100% uptime of all essential services (electricity, water, Wi-Fi, housekeeping, F&B, security, R&M)

• Monitor daily reports, property audit checklists, and complaint dashboards

• Implement and enforce UniLiv SOPs at each property

• Conduct weekly inspections and escalate major issues to Zonal/HO teams

• Lead and supervise Property Managers, Housekeeping Supervisors, Night Wardens, and Maintenance Staff

• Ensure attendance, grooming, and training compliance across all staff

• Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and feedback sessions

• Identify hiring needs and coordinate with HR for timely recruitment

• Resolve escalated tenant complaints within 24 hours

• Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and welcome kits for new residents

• Maintain high NPS and CSAT through proactive engagement

• Plan and coordinate with the CX team for community events

• Maintain inventory of assets, consumables, and linen across all properties

• Ensure FSSAI, fire NOC, and local compliance documents are in place

• Minimize repair costs through preventive maintenance and vendor coordination

• Track occupancy and revenue per property

• Identify underperforming properties and suggest actionable strategies

• Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Zonal Head

• Coordinate with the Sales team for availability and live inventory

• 4–7 years of experience in operations, hospitality, facility management, or student housing

• Leadership experience managing large teams across multiple locations

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (e.g. RentOk)

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

• Graduate in Hospitality, Operations, Business Administration, or equivalent

• MBA preferred but not mandatory
