Role Overview:

We’re seeking a technically qualified Repair & Maintenance Manager to lead facility upkeep across UniLiv’s co-living and student housing properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in co-living, hospitality, or real estate, with hands-on experience in managing technical operations, vendor coordination, and site-level maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily repair & maintenance across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance as per schedule and ensure timely breakdown resolution.
• Coordinate with AMC vendors, negotiate service contracts, and monitor vendor performance.
• Ensure all statutory compliances and safety certifications are up to date.
• Maintain documentation: service records, risk assessments, checklists, and inventory logs.
• Train and guide site-level technicians and support staff on SOPs and systems.
• Support project handovers, equipment installation, and technical mobilization at new sites.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facilities Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in repair & maintenance roles in co-living, hospitality, or real estate.
• Strong understanding of UPS, HVAC, fire systems, BMS, plumbing, and general MEP services.
• Hands-on experience with vendor and manpower management.
