About the role

Customer Onboarding Specialist

You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through setup, conducting product demos, assisting with integrations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a world-class onboarding experience — all from our Gurugram office.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for new customers during onboarding.
• Conduct

  product demos and walkthroughs

  , showcasing platform features and benefits.
• Assist customers with

  WhatsApp API setup

  and technical integrations.
• Collaborate closely with

  sales and implementation teams

  for smooth handovers.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure successful onboarding completion.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the

  product team

  for improvements.
• Ensure customers achieve value quickly and are set up for long-term success.

Skills and requirements

• 0–2 years

  of experience in

  customer onboarding, implementation, or technical support

  (SaaS preferred).
• Strong

  communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling

  skills.
• Basic understanding of

  technical integrations, APIs, or platform setups

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Office and CRM tools

  .
• Highly organized, customer-centric, and comfortable working

  on-site in Gurugram

  .
• Experience with

  marketing automation or WhatsApp Business API

  is a plus.
