The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in commercial institutions like hotels and restaurants, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting our products. Daily tasks will include meeting with potential and existing customers, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Conduct Onboarding Sessions: Guide new customers through the initial stages of using the product/service, including account setup, product tours, and demonstrations. Provide Product Training: Educate customers on the features and functionalities of the product/service, helping them understand how to use it effectively. Solve Technical Issues: Assist customers with technical problems and questions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Optimize Product Setup: Work with customers to optimize their product setup for their specific needs and goals, helping them achieve desired outcomes quickly. Collect and Relay Feedback: Capture customer feedback on the onboarding process and relay it to relevant teams (product, sales, support) to improve future experiences. Collaborate with Teams: Work with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless onboarding experience. Create Onboarding Resources: Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, training materials, and other resources to support customers. Measure and Improve Onboarding Success: Track key onboarding metrics and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Promote Customer Advocacy: Help foster a positive customer relationship and encourage customers to advocate for the product/service.
