Job Description

As a Product Technical Specialist at YBES, a next-generation AI-based SaaS platform, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the onboarding and implementation process for new customers. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the product and clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from YBES by assisting in setting up their accounts, automating campaigns, integrating data sources, and configuring workflows. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on problem-solving, product setup, and customer enablement within a dynamic SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers, encompassing setup, configuration, integrations, and activation of their first campaign. - Comprehend customer business objectives and translate them into tailored product workflows within YBES. - Customize automation templates, loyalty programs, and promotional workflows to align with client requirements. - Address technical issues related to integrations, data synchronization, or platform setup. - Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Tech teams to ensure seamless onboarding and feature adoption. - Solicit user feedback during onboarding and relay insights to the product team for enhancement. - Maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation and contribute to help guides/knowledge base. - Monitor customer usage regularly to ensure product success and promptly resolve any technical issues they encounter. - Provide adequate training on product usage to newly onboarded customers through demos, walkthroughs, and guided sessions. Skills & Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, product onboarding, or technical support roles. - Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, or campaign platforms. - Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, and integrations; experience with tools like Zapier, Postman, or Make is a bonus. - Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts. - Proactive problem-solving approach and a keen interest in refining workflows. - Basic knowledge of SQL, webhooks, or JSON is advantageous.
