Whom are we looking for?

We’re looking for a dynamic Content Manager to own and drive Treelife’s content engine. This role combines strategy, storytelling, and execution - managing all aspects of content planning, creation and distribution across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who can turn technical, legal and financial insights into narratives that inform, engage and shape conversations within the startup ecosystem.

This role offers a front-row seat to India’s evolving startup landscape - working closely with technical experts and leadership to amplify Treelife’s voice as a trusted thought leader.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Lead and execute Treelife’s content strategy across blogs, website, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, newsletters, and other digital channels.
• Identify news, ecosystem trends, and regulatory updates and act quickly to create timely, relevant content.
• Collaborate with the technical team (legal and financial experts) to translate complex insights into clear, engaging narratives.
• Build and maintain Treelife’s content calendar, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging, while overseeing timely, high-quality content delivery.
• Execute end-to-end content production - from ideation and drafting to publishing and performance tracking (with support from technical team as may be required)
• Work closely with the marketing and design team to maintain brand alignment and visual coherence.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to measure reach, engagement, and overall impact.
• Experiment with new content formats (videos, carousels, founder interviews, etc.) to expand audience engagement.
• Partner with leadership and practice heads for key announcements, reports, and webinars.

What are the key requirements for the role?

• 1–2 years of experience in content management or digital marketing, preferably in a services or consulting firm.
• Strong writing, editing, and project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of SEO, social media scheduling, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support content ideation and workflow efficiency, while maintaining a distinct, human brand voice
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, take initiative, and drive impactful outcomes.
