Key Responsibilities : Content Writing & SEO Write clear, engaging, and grammatically strong content for blogs, website pages, emailers, articles, and marketing campaigns. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and organic search performance. Optimize existing content to boost visibility, web traffic, and lead generation. Coordinate with internal departments to develop relevant and updated content aligned with organizational goals. Videography, Photography & Editing Capture high-quality photos and videos during University and School events. Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos/Reels for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Ensure professional-level editing with proper transitions, captions, sound design, and branding. Manage camera equipment, lighting setup, and post-production workflows. Social Media & Content Strategy Develop visually compelling and story-driven content that reflects the GD Goenka brand identity. Plan and maintain a well-structured social media content calendar. Track trends, hashtags, and digital performance metrics to improve reach and engagement. Engage with online audiences and support brand reputation across platforms. Who You Are (Desired Profile) Minimum 2+ years of experience in content writing, SEO, videography, and video editing . Strong command of English with excellent storytelling abilities. Proven knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics/Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or CapCut for video editing. Deep understanding of content formats for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn . Ability to manage multiple content projects with strong organizational skills. The responsibility of the HR Generalist would include, but are not limited to - Administrative Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment Support: Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, and referrals. Screen profiles and share shortlisted CVs with hiring managers. Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication. Conduct psychometric tests for all shortlisted candidates. 2. Onboarding & Induction: Complete onboarding procedure on PS and manage joining documentation. Conduct HR orientation and ensure smooth induction for new hires. Ensure compliance with the Buddy/Shadow process. Manage confirmation documentation and evaluations. 3. Performance Management Support: Coordinate and support the annual/bi-annual appraisal cycles. Assist in managing the increment cycle and related documentation. 4. HRMS Accuracy & Data Governance: Ensure accurate and timely data entry for joiners, exits, transfers, and lifecycle updates. Conduct periodic data audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity. Ensure effective usage and compliance across all HRMS modules (Leave, Attendance, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, BRE, PMS, etc.). 5. Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor daily attendance and leave applications. Coordinate with employees to resolve attendance discrepancies. 6. Payroll Input Support: Share verified attendance and employee changes with the payroll team. Follow timelines to ensure payroll accuracy. 7.
