Content Manager

As a Content Manager at GD Goenka, you will play a crucial role in leading content strategy and overseeing the creation of impactful communication across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating high-quality, engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, brochures, emailers, and ad campaigns in line with GD Goenka's brand voice. - Developing SEO-optimized website and blog content to enhance visibility and rankings. - Crafting persuasive ad copies and campaign messaging to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. - Writing thought-leadership pieces and long-form articles to reinforce brand positioning. - Managing social media accounts by planning calendars, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement. - Coordinating with all GD Goenka schools to gather stories, updates, and achievements for cohesive communication. - Collaborating with marketing, design, and PR teams to conceptualize campaigns and content strategies. - Monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics to refine strategies. - Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in content, branding, and digital marketing. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Proven experience as a Content Writer/Manager with strong skills in short-form and long-form writing. - Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail, grammar, and tone. - Strong knowledge of SEO content writing, keyword research, and content structuring. - Ability to adapt writing style for diverse platforms and audiences. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Effective communication and coordination skills for collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including GD Goenka schools. - Familiarity with social media management tools, CMS platforms, and analytics tools. - Creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful content. - Thriving in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership of tasks and projects.
