Full ownership accountability of national marketing budgets and PL. Using annual marketing budgets of over $40m to drive profitable incremental business growth across performance marketing channels Work closely with the regional General Manager, Sales Commercial Strategy teams to drive profitable growth across existing new categories Optimise continuously look for opportunities scale up existing performance marketing channels - Google, Bing, Meta Continuous test learn: identify commercial opportunities, prioritise execute initiatives for testing. Subsequently report back on outcomes recommend next steps for iteration or scaling up Budgeting, forecasting, reporting performance and actions to senior leadership Cross functional collaboration with other teams to drive profitable, long term business growth - CRM, Marketing Strategy Planning, sales commercial functions, analytics, product engineering.
