Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Agent to join our team at Bark.com, working only on weekends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer experience and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns.

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.

Identify areas for improvement and suggest changes to enhance the overall customer experience.

Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in customer experience or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.

Strong knowledge of customer experience principles and practices, with industry trends and best practices.

Familiarity with CRM software and other customer experience tools is an advantage.
