Content Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Content Manager to join our team at GD Goenka. In this role, you will lead content strategy and oversee the creation of impactful communication across platforms, including social media, website, email campaigns, and ad copies. You will collaborate with teams to ensure a consistent brand voice, drive engagement, and deliver content that strengthens our identity.

Responsibilities:

● Create high-quality, engaging content (short-form and long-form) for social media, websites, blogs, brochures, emailers, and ad campaigns in line with GD Goenka’s brand voice

● Develop SEO-optimised website and blog content to boost visibility and rankings

● Craft persuasive ad copies and campaign messaging to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions

● Write thought-leadership pieces and long-form articles to strengthen brand positioning

● Manage social media accounts by planning calendars, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement

● Coordinate with all GD Goenka schools to source stories, updates, and achievements, ensuring cohesive group-wide communication

● Collaborate with marketing, design, and PR teams to conceptualise campaigns and content strategies

● Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to refine strategies

● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in content, branding, and digital marketing

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Content Writer/Manager with strong skills across short-form and long-form writing

● Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail, grammar, and tone

● Strong knowledge of SEO content writing, keyword research, and content structuring

● Ability to adapt writing style for diverse platforms and audiences

● Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines

● Effective communication and coordination skills for working with multiple stakeholders, including GD Goenka schools

● Familiarity with social media management tools, CMS platforms, and analytics tools

● Creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful content

● Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership of tasks and projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
