Role Overview


Content Quality & Production Manager


senior, highly skilled creative operations position

You will be the final gatekeeper before content goes live.

Key Responsibilities


1. Content Review & Quality Control

  • Review

    every video

    edited by the video editors.
  • Ensure excellence in:
  • Storytelling
  • Captions (accuracy, placement, styles)
  • Sound engineering
  • Background audio selection
  • Visual hooks, title hooks, audio hooks
  • Graphics, animations, AI visuals
  • Brand colors, look & feel
  • Color grading & overall video polish
  • Send revision notes to editors, verify changes, and finalize deliverables.


2. Content & Editing Workflow Management

  • Manage the full content pipeline and delivery schedule.
  • Assign videos to editors based on workload & deadlines.
  • Track editor progress and ensure timely updates.
  • Approve final edits before pushing to the client.


3. Brand Strategy & Creative Direction

  • Develop brand identities, theme styles, and visual systems for new clients.
  • Research trends, content styles, formats, and hooks.
  • Bring fresh ideas and stay ahead with Instagram, TikTok & Facebook best practices.
  • Leverage AI tools for generative visuals, captions, and content enhancements.


4. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Review weekly performance: views, engagement, retention, shares, etc.
  • Create concise client-friendly performance reports.
  • Suggest improvements based on analytics and trends.


5. Team Building & Leadership

  • Hire and onboard new editors as needed.
  • Maintain creative standards across the editing team.
  • Ensure editors follow TheXMedia’s brand tonality and editing frameworks.


Requirements


We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has

    2+ years

    working in a content agency or as a video creator/editor.
  • Has deep experience with social media short-form content.
  • Understands viral content psychology and storytelling.

Skills

  • Exceptional understanding of:
  • Hooks (visual, audio, title)
  • Short-form storytelling
  • Video editing quality standards
  • Captions styles & placements
  • Color grading, pacing, transitions
  • AI-generated visuals and tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage editors and maintain high creative standards.
  • Comfortable working during EST working hours.

Bonus

  • Experience with real estate, mortgage, law, or business niche content.
  • Knowledge of AI tools, automations, or CRM systems.
