Content Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Create high-quality, engaging content (short-form and long-form) for social media, websites, blogs, brochures, emailers, and ad campaigns in line with GD Goenka's brand voice
• Develop SEO-optimised website and blog content to boost visibility and rankings
• Craft persuasive ad copies and campaign messaging to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions
• Write thought-leadership pieces and long-form articles to strengthen brand positioning
• Manage social media accounts by planning calendars, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement
• Coordinate with all GD Goenka schools to source stories, updates, and achievements, ensuring cohesive group-wide communication
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and PR teams to conceptualise campaigns and content strategies
• Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to refine strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in content, branding, and digital marketing

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Content Writer/Manager with strong skills across short-form and long-form writing
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail, grammar, and tone
• Strong knowledge of SEO content writing, keyword research, and content structuring
• Ability to adapt writing style for diverse platforms and audiences
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Effective communication and coordination skills for working with multiple stakeholders, including GD Goenka schools
• Familiarity with social media management tools, CMS platforms, and analytics tools
• Creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful content
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership of tasks and projects
