Job Description Content Creation Specialist Position Title: Content Creation Specialist Department: E-commerce / Marketing Location: Thane Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days. Role Summary: We are looking for a creative and SEO-savvy Content Creation Specialist to craft compelling, keyword-rich product content for e-commerce marketplaces. This role involves working closely with the SEO team to integrate high-volume keywords into product titles, descriptions, and bullet points. The ideal candidate should have prior experience creating content for D2C brands, a working knowledge of SEO tools and ChatGPT, and familiarity with Amazon or other major marketplaces. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Optimization - Write, edit, and optimize product titles, bullet points, and descriptions for listings on Amazon and other marketplaces. - Collaborate with the SEO team to identify high-volume keywords and incorporate them naturally into content. - Ensure content is informative, engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand voice. - Tailor content for different categories and target audiences across marketplaces. SEO Coordination & Strategy - Research relevant keywords using SEO tools and align with SEO team to update content regularly. - Analyze keyword trends, product performance, and competitor listings to refine content strategies. - Maintain a repository of top-performing keywords by category. Tool Usage & AI Integration - Leverage SEO tools (like Helium 10, Ahrefs, or similar) to identify opportunities and gaps. - Use ChatGPT and AI tools to support brainstorming, drafting, or repurposing content as needed. - Stay updated on AI content trends and e-commerce SEO best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with catalog, design, and marketing teams to ensure content consistency. - Coordinate with product and compliance teams to verify claims and feature accuracy. - Contribute to A+ content, enhanced brand content, and storefront content as required. Qualifications & Skills: Required: - Bachelors degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in content writing for a D2C brand or e-commerce company. - Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword placement. - Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or other major e-commerce platforms. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content formatting tools. - Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail. Preferred: - Familiarity with SEO tools like Helium 10, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. - Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT to assist in content ideation or optimization. - Knowledge of Amazon A+ Content and enhanced brand content strategies.
