Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Manager to lead the development, execution, and management of content across all digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building the brand voice of the GD Goenka Group, enhancing our online presence, and ensuring consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the marketing and branding goals of the group.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to understand institutional priorities.
• Content Creation
• Write, edit, and oversee the creation of high-quality content for websites, social media, brochures, press releases, newsletters, and blogs.
• Ensure SEO best practices are followed in digital content.
• Team & Vendor Management
• Manage a team of content creators, copywriters, and freelancers.
• Liaise with external agencies, photographers, and designers as needed.
• Social Media & Digital Marketing Support
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to generate content that drives engagement.
• Monitor trends in education, parenting, and student life to create timely and relevant content.
• Content Governance
• Maintain brand tone, voice, and editorial consistency across all platforms.
• Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and clarity.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Track content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Recommend improvements based on performance data.

Key Requirements

• Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience:

5–8 years of proven experience in content creation and management, preferably in the education or services sector.

• Skills:
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English.
• Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content performance metrics.
• Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the education sector or for an institution/brand with a similar profile.
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (optional but preferred).
• Strong understanding of Indian and international academic landscapes.
