Profile hiring for Marketing ManagerLocation: BKC, Mumbai Who are we looking for?As a driven and innovative Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in executing digital marketing strategies across various channels, crafting compelling content and fostering meaningful connections with our audience, all while staying ahead of industry trends to optimize our social media presence and drive engagement. What will be your key responsibilities? Assist in implementing digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (social media, email, content marketing, website, PR).Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with businessesPlan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Linkedin, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms)Create, maintain, and execute a content calendar for all social media platforms (weekly/monthly).Work with internal teams in developing engaging and informative content across various formats (text, images, video).Coordination with graphic designers to work on creatives for multiple platforms while maintaining visual brand identity throughoutProvide data-driven recommendations to optimize social media strategy. What are the key requirements for the role?5- 7 years of work experience in B2B marketing companySomeone with a degree in law, accounting or allied fields will be preferred.Experience with managing team and stakeholders.Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation with a good understanding of social media marketing best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Self-starter, high on initiative and confidence to start things from scratch Please note - this is in an in-office role.
