Job Description

The Ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing and executing marketing strategies to promote real estate and construction projects, enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads and support sales objectives. The role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, customer behavior and both offline and digital marketing channels.

Strategic Planning & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and project launches
  • Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide marketing decisions


Project & Product Marketing

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
  • Coordinate with project, sales, and CRM teams for project-specific promotions
  • Prepare project marketing plans including launch strategies, pricing support, and collateral


Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Drive lead generation through digital, print, outdoor, channel partners, and on-ground activities
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure quality lead flow and conversion support
  • Monitor lead performance, campaign ROI, and optimize strategies accordingly


Digital Marketing & Communications

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online portals
  • Manage content creation such as brochures, presentations, videos, walkthroughs, and social media creatives
  • Coordinate with agencies for digital campaigns, media buying, and creative execution


Advertising & Promotions

  • Plan and manage ATL, BTL and TTL activities including hoardings, print ads, events, exhibitions, and site branding
  • Manage media planning, negotiations, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns within approved budgets


Budgeting & Vendor Management

  • Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget and campaign-wise cost control
  • Appoint, manage, and evaluate performance of marketing agencies, designers, printers, and vendors
  • Ensure cost optimization without compromising brand quality


Reporting & Compliance

  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management
  • Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines, advertising norms, and company policies
  • Maintain proper documentation and approvals for all marketing communications


Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management
  • 6-8 years' experience in Marketing
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of real estate and construction marketing
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Budgeting and vendor management skills
