Job Description

Develop and execute marketing strategies for Non-Pharma packaging machines such as Liquid Filling Machines, Capping Machines, Labelling Machines, Sticker Labellers, Carton Coders, Conveyors, Turntables, etc.
Identify new markets, industries, and customer segments (FMCG, food, cosmetics, chemicals, beverages, etc.).
Handle inquiries, lead generation, product presentations, and customer meetings.
Work closely with design, production, and service teams to deliver accurate techno-commercial proposals.
Plan exhibitions, trade fairs, social media campaigns, and digital marketing activities.
Build and manage dealer/distributor networks in domestic & international markets.
Maintain competitor analysis and MIS reports.
Achieve sales revenue and marketing targets of the non-pharma segment.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of packaging machinery applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Knowledge of marketing strategies, branding, and customer handling.
Ability to manage teams and work with cross-functional departments.

Qualification & Experience

MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent.
4–7 years of experience in industrial machinery marketing (preferably packaging machinery).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
