Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compliance expert, ensuring policies, processes, and operations meet local and international regulations
• Monitor, analyze, and report on compliance risks, metrics, and trends using AI-based tools
• Research, assess, and implement AI tools to enhance compliance reporting and efficiency
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and global teams
• Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to governance frameworks

Who We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 3+ years in compliance, risk management, or related roles, preferably in BPO, Shared Services, or multinational operations

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in compliance and regulatory tools, and AI-driven reporting and analytics
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities

Non-Negotiables:

• Deep understanding of compliance principles and risk management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Proactive mindset with willingness to embrace AI for innovation
