Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary compliance expert, ensuring policies, processes, and operations meet local and international regulations
- Monitor, analyze, and report on compliance risks, metrics, and trends using AI-based tools
- Research, assess, and implement AI tools to enhance compliance reporting and efficiency
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and global teams
- Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to governance frameworks
Who We're Looking For
Experience:
- 3+ years in compliance, risk management, or related roles, preferably in BPO, Shared Services, or multinational operations
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in compliance and regulatory tools, and AI-driven reporting and analytics
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities
Non-Negotiables:
- Deep understanding of compliance principles and risk management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Proactive mindset with willingness to embrace AI for innovation
