Role Overview

Looking for an Ops & Audits professional with at least 3 years of experience in franchise operations and compliance. In this role, you'll provide on-the-ground support for the operation and compliance of Muzigal Academies. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring that all franchise locations consistently meet the brand's standards and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly visit to Muzigal Franchise locations to conduct compliance and ops audits.
• Train and Assist franchisee partners and team members to enable them on compliance and ops protocols.
• Coordinate along with Audits and operations team to ensure each academy in the territory is in compliance with SOPs, Lookbook, revenue reporting and other set protocols
• Generate regular reports to provide insights into compliance
• Perform business analysis to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Skills:

• Comprehensive understanding of data management, compliance and reporting practices
• Proficient in building public relations
• Proficient business analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficient presentation skills and training skills

Work Experience

• Proven experience of 3-5 years in franchise ops, quality - compliance & customer success roles.
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in field sales.

Salary

4L TO 5L CTC based on qualifications, experience and interview

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
