Backend Developer Java & MicroservicesWe are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong analytical skills and expertise in Java & Spring Boot to design, build, and maintain scalable microservices and APIs. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of backend systems, databases, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.Key Responsibilities (Prioritized) Core Backend Development (High Priority)Develop, integrate, monitor, and document public APIs and microservices.Strong expertise in Java with Spring Boot (experience with additional languages is a plus).Work with both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.Scalable System Design & Microservices ArchitectureBuild and optimize distributed systems, leveraging messaging queues, caching, and microservices patterns.Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).Work with AWS cloud services for hosting, scaling, and managing infrastructure.DevOps, CI/CD, and Code QualityHands-on experience with Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines.Strong focus on code organization, technical debt reduction, and peer code reviews.Experience with issue tracking (JIRA) and documentation (Confluence).Additional Exposure (Good to Have)Experience working with both mobile and web-based applications.Domain knowledge in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) tech stack.
