Provide user support for our Sales & Research applications, addressing user queries, and troubleshooting application issues. Assist in maintaining and improving our processes. Work with Linux and Windows server environments. Requirements 2-4 years relevant experience Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT related area Strong knowledge of RDBMS. Advanced familiarity with Linux server environments. Basic knowledge of AWS infrastructure like EC2, S3, RDS, LB, etc. Basic understanding of networking principles.
