Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Teramind expert, ensuring full functionality and best practices
• Research, assess, and implement AI tools to enhance reporting and data analysis efficiencies
• Monitor, analyze, and report on workforce metrics to deliver actionable insights
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve workforce management and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to drive operational excellence

Who We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 3+ years in workforce management or a similar role with technology integration
• Familiarity with Teramind and AI-based analytical tools

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Teramind and AI tools for data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Non-Negotiables:

• Solid understanding of workforce management principles and compliance practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
