You will provide strategic recommendations, enhance reporting and data analysis, and ensure smooth operations across global teams, complementing workforce leadership in the Philippines.

In this role, your mission is to leverage data analysis and AI tools to provide insights that inform workforce management strategies. You will make a direct impact by:

• Serving as the primary expert on Teramind to ensure full functionality and best practices.
• Researching, assessing, and implementing AI tools to enhance reporting and data analysis efficiencies.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on workforce metrics to deliver actionable insights to clients.

This Role Is for You If…

Experience:

• You have 3+ years of experience in workforce management or a similar role, emphasizing the integration of technology.

Technical Skills:

• You are proficient in using workforce management tools, especially Teramind, and AI-based analytical tools.
• Experience with AI tools for data analysis and reporting is highly desirable.

Non-Negotiables:

• You have a strong understanding of workforce management principles and practices.
• You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
• You can manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
