Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Compliance Manager role based in Mumbai. The Compliance Manager will oversee and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, develop and maintain compliance policies, conduct risk assessments, and perform regular audits to uphold organizational standards. Additional responsibilities include providing compliance guidance to employees, identifying possible compliance risks, and alleviating operational inconsistencies to maintain industry standards. Collaboration with teams to ensure all processes align with legal, regulatory, and internal protocols is key to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance policies, and audit procedures
• Risk assessment, documentation, and the ability to identify and mitigate compliance issues
• Problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to train and guide team members
• Previous experience in compliance, particularly within the healthcare or dental industry, is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in compliance management software is a plus
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining organizational confidentiality
