Skills: HRIS systems, Employee engagement strategies, Labor laws compliance, Performance management systems, Conflict resolution techniques, Compensation and benefits management, Succession Planning, Manager HR, Role & Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Oversee and improve performance management systems, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management (labor law, health & safety regulations, etc.).Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, well-being, and organizational culture.Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures.Manage compensation and benefits programs in collaboration with finance and leadership teams.Identify training needs and facilitate learning & development programs.Provide decision support through HR metrics and reportsSupport succession planning and talent development initiatives.Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (Factories Act, ESI, PF, etc.).Oversee end-to-end HR operations at the plant & corporate level. Preferred Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.Preferred form Manufacturing background.Strong leadership and people management abilities.Proficient in conflict resolution and negotiation.Analytical and problem-solving skills.High level of integrity and discretion.
