As a team, we are dedicated to contributing to a better and brighter future for the people of Bharat. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Agra for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, expenses,tracking and compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing field staff of over 250 medical representatives pan India, managing payroll and benefits, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a positive workplace environment to support organizational goals. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in field force management and HR roles related to field staff is mandatory. Proficiency in HR policies, Industry relations ,employee engagement strategies, and organizational development. Familiarity with labor laws, compliance standards, and HR regulations. Skills in conflict resolution, performance management, and employee relations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in using HR software and tools to manage data and employee activities. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or certification in HR is an advantage). Prior experience in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry is a plus.
