Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Coimbatore. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR strategies, policies, and practices to support the organization's growth. Tasks include recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training & development. The HR Manager will ensure compliance with labor laws and foster a positive workplace culture in line with the company's mission and goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Conduct performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Support training and development initiatives for employee growth.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and processes.
  • Generate HR reports and assist in HR audits and documentation.


Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in core HR roles.
  • Strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Skills in employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
