Bliss Natural, our natural feminine hygiene brand, aims to reduce plastic waste with sanitary pads made from Kenaf, which is highly absorbent and antimicrobial. Our products are Biobased Certified and manufactured in an FDA-registered facility, generating significantly less carbon emissions compared to plastic pads. We are committed to environmental sustainability and ending period poverty in India by donating pads for every 10 sold. Green Delight has grown from an initial investment of INR 20,000 to a revenue of INR 25 million last year, supported by grants from organizations such as USAID and JHPIEGO. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Coimbatore. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial statements, overseeing payroll, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, and conducting financial analysis. The role also includes overseeing tax filings, managing cash flow, and coordinating with internal and external auditors. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in budget preparation and financial planning to support the company's growth and sustainability initiatives. Qualifications Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with tax filings and compliance Skills in financial analysis and budgeting Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team CPA or CA certification is a plus Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Show more Show less
