Company Description Green Delight Innovations Private Limited began as a student startup in 2018 and has grown into a social enterprise. The company’s brand, Bliss Natural, focuses on providing sustainable feminine hygiene products made from Kenaf, a natural fiber known for its absorbency and antimicrobial properties. Bliss Natural products are Biobased Certified and produced in an FDA-registered facility, generating significantly lower carbon emissions compared to conventional products. The company is dedicated to both reducing plastic waste and ending period poverty in India by donating one pad for every ten sold. Green Delight has achieved considerable growth, supported by grants from organizations such as USAID, JHPIEGO, and AFD. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development Trainee at our Coimbatore facility. The R&D Trainee will be involved in various tasks including conducting research, developing new product formulations, and assisting in laboratory experiments. The role also involves analyzing data, preparing reports, and supporting ongoing projects to innovate and improve our product offerings. Qualifications Research and Development (R&D), Research skills Analytical skills for data analysis and interpretation Effective communication skills for report preparation and team collaboration Hands-on Laboratory skills to assist in experiments and product testing Ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Chemistry, Biotechnology, or other scientific disciplines
