Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, and other essential HR operations. The ideal candidate will support the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, and documentation, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
• Support day-to-day HR operational activities
• Address employee queries regarding organizational policies and procedures
• Assist in payroll processing and leave management
• Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management activities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HR software and MS Office tools
• Knowledge of labor laws and standard HR practices
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
