Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Surat. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance reviews, compliance with labor laws, and organizational development initiatives. The role will also include developing HR strategies, overseeing training and development programs, and ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution capabilities, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with employees at all levels
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices
  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Skills in performance management, organizational development, and HR strategy planning
  • Proficiency in utilizing HR software and tools for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR management role, preferably within a professional services or financial industry setting
